You’ll walk away with a clear vision for your future along with a roadmap of milestone goals to get you there.
I take the audience on a guided journey to develop their bespoke Vision and Goals Roadmap that will:
✔️ Encourage a holistic lifestyle with balanced goals.
✔️ Create an interactive experience for attendees.
✔️ Support attendees with proven goal crushing methods.
✔️ Build community among attendees.
The combination of these creates space for you to dream limitlessly, increase confidence and gain clarity to go after their dream sized goals in a meaningful way.

MEET YOUR HOST
Hi there, I'm Bose
I am passionate about holistic goal setting and helping women turn their dream life into their real life. I am a speaker and life coach who founded Goal and Grind where I partner with women to dream limitlessly, increase confidence and gain clarity to step into their purpose. In addition to Goal and Grind, I have experience at three Fortune 500 corporations as a Corporate Philanthropy leader. Check out my bio below!
Bose is a goal-oriented leader who believes in continuous growth for herself and others. She is an IMPACT Fellow with the Chicago Urban League, 40 under 40 honoree by OKC Biz Magazine, Leadership Oklahoma City alumnae and was named by ionOklahoma Magazine as a 30/30 Next Generation of Leaders.
Bose is passionate about giving back to her community and currently sits on the associate board (Friends of LOV Council) with Ladies of Virtue, a nonprofit dedicated to mentorship and leadership training for black girls ages 9-18 in the Chicagoland area.
Bose studied abroad twice in college and as a young professional she participated in a Rotary Professional Group Study Exchange spending a month in Italy meeting with local business leaders and dignitaries. As an avid runner, yogi, traveler and dog mom Bose believes in finding joy in both her professional and personal life.
As an inspirational speaker, I am an extension of my mother’s belief that you can do anything you put your mind to - it’s simply a matter of how you will get there!

Pick up your Vision and Goals Roadmap at check-in, enjoy light bites and meet new friends.

Let’s get started! We’ll do some brief intros and then get ready to go!

You’ll be lead through my proven framework of setting a vision for your life along with supporting goals to get you there.

That’s a wrap…the Vision and Goals party is over but you’ll have a bit of time to connect with your new friends before heading out.

I benefited most from the Vision and Goals party. It's easy for me to fill my "outside" hours with errands, housework, and mindless social media scrolling.
